Two former employees of a major company are sewing their past employer for $ 15 million dollars. The say that the company set “impossibly high standards” and in order to get them to expedite results, were verbally and physically harassing  two employees. These employees were terminated allegedly as payback for the employees’ objections to management practices and applications of the technology they were developing. Could this major lawsuit have been prevented with evaluation and behavioral observation of the manager in question?
